Hosting for Luxembourg: servers, websites and virtual machines

Your website, your business software and your servers do not run in the store room next door, but in a data centre with redundant power, redundant network and fire protection. They are looked after by our team in Wecker — for companies in Luxembourg and the Grande Région.

    The starting point

    • A server in the office

A cabinet in the warehouse or under the stairs: no backup power, no cooling, no access control. One power cut stops the business.

    • Nobody knows what runs where

Domain with one provider, mailboxes with another, the website with an agency nobody can reach. When something breaks, everyone points elsewhere.

    • Growth no longer fits the hardware

New staff, more data, one extra application — and the hardware is maxed out years before its planned replacement.

    What you get

    Availability instead of luck

Redundant power feeds, multiple network uplinks, precision cooling, early fire detection and extinguishing. Monitored around the clock.

    One point of contact

Domain, DNS, SSL, mailboxes, servers and applications from one source. When something breaks, you call one number.

    Resources that grow with you

CPU, memory and storage are adjusted as your needs change — without buying hardware or a migration weekend.

    Backup thought through

Every hosted system is backed up and restores are tested regularly. A backup without a restore test is just hope.

    Hosting services

    What we host for you

    Virtual servers

Servers and business applications in the data centre

Windows or Linux servers on our own resources: for your line-of-business software, databases, terminal servers or file services.

    • Sized to what you actually need
    • Monitoring, updates and operations by our team
    • Separated networks, access only over a secured connection
    Web hosting

    Websites, domains and email

Company site, shop or portal on maintained web servers — including domain management and mailboxes.

    • Domain transfer without email downtime
    • SSL certificates renewed automatically
    • Updates for CMS, plugins and PHP versions
    Housing & telephony

    Server housing and 3CX hosting

You own hardware or run a 3CX phone system? Both can live in our data centre instead of your office.

    • Rack space with redundant power and network
    • 3CX hosted, including updates and availability
    • Remote access for your own administrators by agreement

    Where your data sits

Operated in the KÜS DATA GmbH data centre in Losheim am See, Germany. The operator is certified to ISO 27001 and DIN EN 50600 — those are the data centre's certifications, not ours. The systems running there are managed by our team. If your data has to stay in Luxembourg for legal reasons, tell us and we plan the storage location accordingly.

    How we work

    1. 1

      Free IT check

We look at what runs where today, which contracts exist and which systems are business-critical.

    2. 2

      Concept and quote

You get a clear plan: which systems move, in what order, in which maintenance window — plus a fixed-price quote.

    3. 3

      Migration and operations

The move happens outside your working hours. After that we handle monitoring, updates and backup.
